It’s that time of year where Members receive an extra 10% discount at the Museum Store and Sea Center Store. On these two days, Members enjoy a special 20% discount* on all store products. Choose from a wide selection of nature- and science-inspired merchandise for adults and children including art, books, clothing, jewelry, stationary, toys, and more.

Annual Patron Dinner
Celebrate the Museum’s Anniversary each year with an elegant evening including a cocktail hour, dinner, and a special presentation.
This event is by invite only. For our members at the Patron level and above.

Maximus Gallery Preview Receptions
Members-only opportunity to preview the newest exhibition in Maximus Gallery the night before the show opens to the public. There will be three exciting new exhibits in 2009. Dates and exhibits to be announced later.


Member- Only After Hours
Come join us on five Tuesday evenings at the Museum next year. Enjoy our spectacular new Dennis M. Power Bird Hall. Wonder at our new summer exhibit in Luria Hall. Butterflies flutter back in Spring 2009. So bring a picnic dinner to enjoy creek side, but only if you’re a member. We’ll leave the Museum open from 5:00–7:00 PM. Also look for two Members-Only After Hours at the Ty Warner Sea Center. Enjoy a summer evening on Stearns Wharf.

Annual Members Party

The Butterflies are coming back! Enjoy dinner along Mission Creek, and reconnect with friends and nature. Activities will be available for adventurers of all ages. Look for your invitation in the mail. Date to be announced.

Evening with the Executive Director
An exclusive opportunity for upper level members to meet with the Executive Director to discuss future plans for the Museum.

This unique evening reception includes a special opportunity for members to view seldom seen collection items and learn more about the current research activities of the Museum’s curators.
